Last Updated: January 20, 2026
At Columbia Park (“Columbia Park,” “we,” or “us”), we value the privacy of individuals who use our websites and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share the personal information of users of our Services (“users,” “you,” or “your”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your information as described by this Privacy Notice.
“Personal information” is information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify a specific person. Personal information does not include deidentified information (anonymized or pseudonymized) or aggregated information derived from personal information.
We may collect a variety of personal information and other information about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

User Content. We may allow users to submit content through our Services (for example, reviews, comments, or testimonials). Unless otherwise noted at the point of collection, any content you submit may be visible to others.
Payment Information. If you make a payment through our Services (for example, application fees, deposits, rent, or other charges), payment processing is typically handled by a third-party payment processor. We may receive limited payment-related information (such as the amount, date, and status of your payment), but we generally do not receive or store full credit card numbers. Your payment information is handled according to the payment processor’s privacy practices.
Rental Applications / Leasing Information (if applicable). If you submit a rental application or request leasing services, we may collect additional information such as date of birth, government-issued identification information, employment and income information, rental history, and other information you provide as part of the application process. Where permitted by law, this may include information used for identity verification or screening.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.
3) How We Share Personal Information
We may share personal information as follows:
A. Service Providers

E. With Your Consent
We may share information for other purposes if you direct us to do so or provide your consent.
We do not knowingly sell personal information in exchange for money. See Section 7 (State Privacy Rights) for additional information.
4) Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Use opt-out tools provided by certain analytics/advertising providers.
If we use a cookie banner or preference center, you can manage cookie categories through that tool.

The right to access or confirm whether we process your personal information;
The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
The right to delete personal information (subject to exceptions);
The right to obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable format;
The right to opt out of certain processing, such as targeted advertising (where applicable).
California Notice (if applicable)
California residents may have additional rights regarding “selling” or “sharing” personal information and the use of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If we engage in targeted advertising through third-party cookies/pixels, those disclosures may be considered “sharing” under California law.
How to Exercise Rights: Contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may also designate an authorized agent where permitted by law.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Implementation note: If you use advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads), you should add a short “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism (often implemented via a cookie preference center) for California compliance.
8) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) External Links and Third-Party Services
Our Services may link to third-party websites or services (for example, payment processors, application portals, social media platforms). This Privacy Notice does not apply to third-party practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
